We are pursuing applicants who fulfill the following criteria:
- 1+ year of security experience
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion to succeed
- Professional and service oriented
- Possesses a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Well groomed and presentable
- Remains calm and can perform well in emergency situations
- Computer literacy required
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
- Must detect problems and report information accurately
- Able to handle private and confidential information with discretion
- Adhere to our company code of ethics and follow instructions and procedures
- Experience managing personnel in a customer service environment
- Standard knowledge of security procedures, handling violent behaviours and non-defensive communication
- Be able to perform moderate physical activity including standing and/or walking for long periods of time
